I have a small amount of space for my garden. My yard is a rectangle about 15’x50′, and only about only 15’x35′ that is usable for my garden. Which I can fit two 4’x35′ foot beds with pathways. That makes about 280 square feet of actual growing space. I wouldn’t have room to grow all my food, such as dry beans, grain and nuts/seeds. I have a young plum tree that has just started producing and wild blackberry patch at the end of my house.
I will be adding a couple fruit trees and some wild grapes to the fenceline in time.
